Following the introduction of the Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2008, drafting of restrictions in Property PSL documents (i.e. transfer of part clauses, the deeds of easement and covenant, overage clauses, and the deed of positive covenant) has been amended. Previously, these documents provided a choice of either the old or the (slightly different) new style restriction. The old-style has been removed.
