Land Registry Fee Order

As a reaction to the declining number of property transactions in 2009, Land Registry is increasing its fees across the board as from Monday 6 July. The Land Registry’s announcement states that this is the first time that there have been increases in scale and fixed fees for substantive registration applications since 1993, and the first increase of fees for information services since 2006.
